Unpack and Inspect all items from shipment. |

A. |
For Roast Beef Poboy, heat enclosed gravy in medium sauce pan over medium heat 2-3 minutes. Add Roast beef to gravy
(if possible, use a mesh colander/basket) and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. |

For ham poboy, in skillet ham over medium heat 2-3 minutes. |

C. |
For Ferdie poboy, Repeat A & B using half of the meats and add cheese. |
|
|
D. |
For Sausage poboy, heat in skillet 3-4 minutes on medium heat. |
|
|
|
 |
Toast poboy bread (darker side up) in toaster oven or conventional oven at 325 degrees for 1-2 minutes. |

Add mayonaise if desired. |
 |
Add meat to bottom half of Poboy bread. |
 |
For "Dressed" Poboy, add in order lettuce, tomato, and pickle on top of the meat. |
 |
With bread knife on top fold over and cut in half. |
