Poboy Assembly Instructions Print / Download

 

Unpack and Inspect all items from shipment.

 
A.
For Roast Beef Poboy, heat enclosed gravy in medium sauce pan over medium heat 2-3 minutes. Add Roast beef to gravy (if possible, use a mesh colander/basket) and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

B.
For ham poboy, in skillet ham over medium heat 2-3 minutes.
C.
For Ferdie poboy, Repeat A & B using half of the meats and add cheese.
D.
For Sausage poboy, heat in skillet 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
 

Check
Toast poboy bread (darker side up) in toaster oven or conventional oven at 325 degrees for 1-2 minutes.

Add mayonaise if desired.

Add meat to bottom half of Poboy bread.

For "Dressed" Poboy, add in order lettuce, tomato, and pickle on top of the meat.

With bread knife on top fold over and cut in half.
